Anderson Teak frames carry a 2-year limited warranty for home use and 1 year for commercial use. Cushions are covered for 1 year against loss of resiliency. You send the photos, we file the claim.

- Anderson pays reasonable labor to repair or replace the defective part

- 1 year against loss of resiliency; normal softening is not a defect
- Star brite care products
- Not a furniture warranty; unopened bottles fall under returns
What is not covered
- End checks
- Small cracks in the end grain of the wood
- Color
- Graying and color change from sun and age
- Care
- Damage from misuse or lack of care
- Weather
- Wind damage, acts of nature, wear from ocean air at the beach
- Umbrellas
- Tabletops broken by an umbrella
- Shipping to repair
- Packing and shipping to and from a repair center
How to claim
Email help@teakpatiostore.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We file the claim with Anderson and tell you what happens next. Proof of purchase from the original buyer is required.
