Returns
Unused furniture and care products can come back within 30 days of delivery in the original boxes. We keep a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping. Cushions are made to order and final sale.

How to start a return
Email help@teakpatiostore.com with your order number. We send a return authorization and the address of the warehouse it goes back to. Returns sent without one cannot be accepted.
Return shipping and fees
- Restocking fee
- 15% of the item price
- Freight return
- About $350 for furniture, deducted from the refund
- Parcel return
- About $35 postage, deducted from the refund
- Original delivery and add-ons
- Not refunded when you change your mind; refunded in full if the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong
Damaged in transit
Note it on the freight bill, take photos and email us within 7 days of delivery. Damage in transit is not a return: we send a replacement part or piece, or refund it.
Refund timing
We refund to the original payment within 5 business days after the return reaches the warehouse and is checked.
