Will the teak turn gray
Yes, unfinished teak weathers to a silver-gray patina outdoors. Anderson notes this does not affect strength; to keep the golden color, clean it and apply a teak sealer about once a year.
Are cushions included
No, it comes without cushions.
Can it stay outside year round
Yes, teak is naturally resistant to rot and insects; Anderson recommends covering or sheltering it in winter.
How is it shipped

Can a teak table stay outside in the rain
Yes. Anderson says teak can stay outside in rain and sun all year. The surface turns silver gray over the months; the wood stays strong. Bring cushions in during long rain.
How long will a teak table last outside
No maker publishes a lifespan in years, and neither do we. The USDA Wood Handbook rates old growth teak heartwood very resistant to decay and young growth teak moderately resistant, so on solid teak the joints, the hardware and the care usually decide how long it lasts. Anderson backs its frames for 2 years in home use.
Do I need to oil my outdoor teak table
No. Oil changes the color, not the strength. Left alone, teak weathers to silver gray. To keep the honey color, Anderson recommends a teak sealer about once a year rather than oil.
Can it stay out in winter
Yes. Solid teak stays out all year. Bring cushions in and keep snow off the tabletop.
